We are official members of the CapeBPO!

We are excited to announce our membership with CapeBPO. CapeBPO is the City of Cape Town and the Western Cape’s strategic business partner responsible for the growth and development of the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry in Cape Town and the Western Cape, South Africa.

It has two main functions: (1) To attract overseas companies to our country to improve their productivity and efficiency with strong outsourced talent. (2) To facilitate the training and deployment of the youth of the Western Cape into careers within the BPO sector.

CapeBPO opens doors for its members, offering them rich networking opportunities and the chance to forge meaningful partnerships. It is not just about connecting people; it’s about creating a community where members can access training and development programs designed specifically for the BPO sector. This initiative plays a crucial role in generating more job opportunities, making it easier for their members to find the skilled talent they need to grow and succeed.

Through our membership with CapeBPO, we are positioned to further enhance the employability and career prospects of our graduates in the BPO sector.
